Schmoozing

Working in publishing sometimes entails leaving the office to go out and mingle at events of varying degrees of glamour! I have represented my employers at numerous trade shows, product launches, industry dinners and award ceremonies, have met and/or interviewed various minor but well-known 'celebrities' and have presented awards (notably at the Gift of the Year Awards at the Savoy and at the International Housewares Awards in Chicago).
